Terms and Conditions


The following terms and conditions are to be read prior to placing a phone/internet/mail order with Collector Wines:

          1. You (as the purchaser) will be asked to verify that you are over the age of 18 years before you can purchase from this site. Under the New South Wales Liquor Act there are significant penalties that can be imposed in relation to:

                                 (i) the sale or supply of liquor to a minor;

                 (ii) a minor providing false information in relation to their age;

                 (iii) a minor using false proof of age evidence.

              2. The relevant penalties can range from $1,100 to $11,000 together with 12 months imprisonment, or both.

              3. By placing your order with us, you confirm and accept, the terms and conditions contained in this agreement between yourself and Collector Wines Pty Ltd, including the following:

          

                         (a) I am the holder of the credit card used and submitted to Collector Wines for the purpose of making this purchase; and

                         (b) All the details that I have provided in completing the order and the offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct; and

                         (c) I am over the age of 18 years of age at the time of making this purchase; and

                         (d) I agree to purchase the liquor at the premises to which is attached licence serial number 24014015 subject to the holder of such licence accepting my offer, the availability of stock, the liquor being ascertained and appropriated to the agreement for the sale of the liquor at such premises, and the payment for the liquor.

         

              4. In completing your order, please provide the following details:

                         (a) Your full name

                         (b) Your date of birth

                         (c) Your instructions as to the delivery of the liquor

                         (d) Please note that a minor cannot accept delivery of any liquor

        New South Wales | Liquor Act 2007: No Alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It's against the law. ACT | Liquor Act 2010: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties apply. Victoria | Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: WARNING - Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $23,000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900). Western Australia | Liquor Control Act 1988: WARNING - Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. South Australia | Liquor Licensing Act 1997: Liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18. ABN 43 126 378 658. Queensland | Liquor Act 1992: It is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. Tasmania | Liquor Licensing Act 1990: It is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units. ABN 43 126 378 658.
